Looking for QA engineer who can find and fix bugs in a product or program before its launch, collaborate with developers on fixing those problems when necessary. QA engineer who will be responsible for assessing the quality of specifications and technical design documents to ensure timely, relevant, and meaningful feedback.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to maintain and improve product and service quality.
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics, establish quality goals, and monitor performance against targets.
4. Perform data analysis and interpret quality-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
5. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
6. Conduct internal process and system audits to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management.
You’ll need to have:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Engineering, or related discipline). Additional certifications in quality management (ISTQB Certification)are a plus.
2. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards).
3. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract meaningful insights and present findings to stakeholders.
4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Familiarity with quality management systems and their implementation.
7. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
