As a Senior Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual execution of marketing assets for our top-tier global clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive performance. You live and breathe design, and have demonstrated mastery over graphic design fundamentals, brand identity, digital thinking, and design systems.
You will:
- Lead the design process for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create visually compelling assets that align to project goals and overall creative direction, fluid templates and our client's high standards.
- Collaborate with creative directors, design directors, writers, strategists, marketing science, creative engineers, and production designers to explore concepts and iterate on design layouts.
- Prepare for creative reviews by organizing concepts and presentation materials.
- Present persuasively and clearly articulate design rationale for internal teams.
- Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, and typography are flawless.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills.
- Continually seek opportunities to refine design thinking and improve workflows.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in design for digital marketing, branding, and the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, and motion.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, creative workplace and to deliver quality design at a high volume in a tight timeframe.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in digital creative tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote. Bonus points for experience with After Effects.
- Passion for culture and a keen eye for current trends in the industry.
