About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Director who can connect the brand's identity to user experience design, make campaigns cohesive across various chosen platforms and design ads that will adapt themselves to data.
Here’s what you’ll be doing to lead Agency and Client growth
- Digital first (HTML landing pages, micro sites, websites, eCommerce, AI/AR, mobile, online display banners, social) with print/traditional coming in a close second (posters, direct mail, brochures, out of home, video).
- Speak to the work with excitement/clarity/enthusiasm and passion (good at selling the idea and the execution).
- Understand the importance of creative strategy and use it to create powerful work, understanding the benefits of process and how to use it to their advantage
- Able to collaborate with external and internal collaborators for projects and campaigns on a consistent basis, which will include reviews/feedback/con-calls and support driving digital creative across multiple areas of the organization.
- Optimizes client marketing message(s) through smart innovative design and copy. Layout / copy should support the strategy, and ensure that the key message is clearly communicated, without distractions and utilizing the most appropriate digital channels.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table
- 3 - 5 years of experience in creative leadership at an advertising or integrated communication agency (digital and CRM experience is a must) with focus on digital
- Very strong digital production background (both in web, email, mobile, eCommerce and application environments (AI & AR is an added bonus) as well as experience in traditional (print, tv, radio).
- Demonstrated exceptional skill-sets in graphic design, typography, interface design (UX design, UI design, IA, and Wireframing), information design, highly capable in Adobe Illustrator creating custom iconography and info graphics based on branded visual language.
- An incredible portfolio of work showcasing a variety of interactive projects
- Understands and is at the forefront of digital media innovation and its limitations. Designs all packages/components/assets to pass production muster and for best digital/on-screen results.
- Strong presentation skills - able to present and convey ideas to a number of audiences including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams – with a smile and enthusiasm
- Works well in collaboration with other creatives. Positive attitude and readily partner with all types of people.
- The ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Motivated, driven, collaborative passionate about his/her work. Proactively seeks and leverages feedback from those around him/her to push the work farther.
- Meets deadlines and deliverables; can do their job without constant oversight. Knows how to get what they need to get the job done. Flags concerns in a timely manner, with a solution in mind.
- Pays attention to details. Checks for product, consistency, brand standards adherence, spelling, production concerns, other errors.
- Self-directed, motivated, and resourceful – someone who will thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Actively listen, engage and articulate themselves in a corporate setting. Presents concepts and rationale to manager, brand strategy and/or business partners.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.
