Job Overview
As a Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of our clients' digital campaigns through compelling content creation and effective project coordination.
Accountabilities
- Manage content creation projects to develop innovative content
- Understand content requirements and campaign objectives and collaborate with stakeholders
Core Duties
- Collaborate closely with clients, account managers, and creative teams to understand content requirements and campaign objectives.
- Develop innovative content and creative that align with clients' brand identity and marketing goals.
- Lead and manage content creation projects, overseeing the end-to-end production process from ideation to execution.
- Work closely with internal and external content creators, including videographers, photographers, writers, and designers, to bring ideas to life.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables that resonate with target audiences across various digital platforms.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless coordination between content creation and other project elements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation, digital marketing, and storytelling.
- Foster strong relationships with external production partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with project goals.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in future content initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with copyright and legal guidelines in content creation, licensing, and distribution.
- Keep clients informed of project status, milestones, and deliverables through regular progress reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Producer or similar role in a Digital Creative Agency or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple content projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative content solutions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Business level or above in both English and Japanese
