ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with both the Business Planning and Activation teams, the Associate Director, Analytics will contribute to the design of the data strategy to tie our clients’ marketing to real-world business goals. Our Associate Directors work very closely with their team of analysts to help them stay on track with day-to-day client deliverables. They also contribute crucial intellectual capital by designing measurement plans based on their client’s business needs, using data to tell great stories. This role reports into the Director, Analytics.
Qualifications- 4+ years of experience working in an Analytics capacity
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of Digital Media, Marketing/Advertising industries highly preferred
- Experience working with Python, R programming languages
- Experience working with relational databases, SQL
- Understanding of databases, schemas, and ETL processes
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients, and ability and comfort with presenting to senior level clients
- Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholders by understanding their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency
- Ability to develop measurement frameworks, learning agendas and steer complex analytics projects
- Experience with Ad Servers such as CM360, and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
- Experience with the following advanced analytics methods: descriptive statistics, linear regressions, multi-touch attribution modeling, MMM, brand lift solutions, cross-device measurement
- Experience with third party research partners such as GfK, Nielsen and comScore
- Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables) and experience working with large data sets
- Understanding of a broad range of offline and online advertising media channels such as Linear/Addressable TV, Audio, OOH, CTV, OLV, Display, Programmatic, Search, and Social
- Experience and understanding with various cloud computing environments: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience with ad verification tools such as IAS & DV
- Experience with using or analyzing data from DMPs and DSPs
- B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising or related field

Compensation Range: $106,500 - $167,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
