Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Analytics Solutions, you will play a key role as an Associate Director in designing and delivering analytical solutions to support and elevate analytics teams at Epsilon’s Digital Media Solutions. The primary responsibilities of the Analytics Solutions team cover the design and development of new AI-based automated analytics solutions, tools, and applications, which expands the capabilities of Epsilon’s analytics application platforms and significantly improve the productivity of our analytics teams by streamlining cost, reducing time and effort, and boosting client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate closely with Analytics and Engineering teams, fostering cross-functional partnerships to drive impactful results.

- Collaborate closely with Analytics teams to design and develop cutting-edge analytics solutions, define technical requirements, and oversee the development lifecycle.
- Spearhead the development, testing, and assessment of analytics platform capabilities, productivity tools, and applications to drive impactful results.
Who You are
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in designing and developing analytical tools and applications, data processing, report automation, and dashboard platforms.
- A strong foundation in analytics and methodologies, with practical applications in marketing and advertising.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation using standard platforms like Prefect, Airflow, or Camunda.
- Proficiency in distributed data platforms (such as Greenplum, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, and Hadoop), data intelligence tools (Databricks, Tableau), and data engineering platforms (Apache Kafka, Hive, Spark), along with development skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and web applications.
- Practical knowledge of containerized application build and packaging (Kubernetes, Docker, Docker Swarm) for streamlined workflow integration, cluster management, and auto-scaling.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively capture requirements.
- Experience in software development within Agile frameworks.
