OverviewAs a Media Supervisor, you will work closely with the Consumer Communications (C2) group in developing integrated media campaigns that deliver against key performance metrics for a highly respected automotive client. The Media Supervisor will play an active role in communications planning, including knowledge of competitive landscape and media trends, contributing to media mix and strategic approach across several client initiatives. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the knowledge and energy to not only develop strategic media plans, but also be capable and confident in presenting plans to the client(s). Responsibilities- Organizational skills to manage and prioritize the team's daily workflow
- Speak knowledgably to the strategic needs of the business
- Possess a working comprehension of client’s business objectives
- Develop, write, and present media strategy
- Maintain and develop strong professional relationships internally (cross departmental) and externally (clients and media vendors)
- Proactively address process and communications issues and impediments
- Responsible for coaching, guidance, inspirational leadership and performance management of all direct reports
- Support and inspire the work and the people
- Other duties as assigned
QualificationsThe position requires candidates with:
- Minimum 4-6 years of media planning experience across various mediums (Print, Broadcast, Digital, OOH) with at least one of those being in a supervisory capacity (ideally Digital)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle a large volume of work and prioritize tasks on a daily basis
- Working knowledge of media research tools (IMS, MRI, Nielsen, ComScore, Simmons, Kantar, Media Ocean, DCM, Rentrack, etc.) and ability to analyze syndicated research
Additional Candidate experience should include:
- College degree
- Resourcefulness, creatively using resources to proactively solve problems and get the job done
- Working comprehension of strategy development and required media math
- Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in business writing
- Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal/professional relationship with vendors, clients, etc.
- Proficiency with the following computer software/systems: Internet and email applications, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $117,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
