OverviewYou will be the "Master of Investment Details", able to run small to medium-sized projects and begin to take on soft management responsibilities of training Associates. The goal for this role is to learn and apply basic Investment Management + Operations principles. You will report to the Supervisor, Investment Management.

ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities
Knowledge
- Understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughout
- Understanding of client's business and goals
- Understanding of the investment process
- Understanding of the media marketplace and partner landscape
- Experience with partnership opportunities, deals and terms
- Understanding of agency Terms + Conditions and media partner contracting process
- Understanding of agency investment tools
Day-to-Day
- Provide oversight of campaign set-up and stewardship in an agency media buying platform
- Accountable for accuracy of Insertion Orders sent to media partners
- Accountable for on-budget delivery of media investments
- Accountable for the actualization and reconciliation of media investments
- Reconcile invoices
- Responsible for client media billing reports
- Responsible for partner payment mitigation and resolution
- Responsible for delivery of Marketplace Value workbooks
- Responsible for campaign closures
- Responsible for training of Associates
Qualifications- Minimum of 18 months - 2+ years media planning or buying experience
- 1+ years experience using MS excel (can perform complex functions)
- 6 months - 1+ years media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean)
- Optional: HCP/DTC/Pharma experience

Additional InformationCompensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
