Company DescriptionPublicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched its Advanced Video (ATV) practice, PMX Lift, in 2021. PMX Lift combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Epsilon and direct-integrations with media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement across Addressable TV and CTV video.
OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Associate Director to join our Investment team and help develop PMX Lift campaigns specifically in the local automotive category, improving sales growth and expand client demand. You will offer high-visibility with PM leadership and invaluable experience in the ever-evolving ATV landscape.
You have experience and comfortability in a planning/investment capacity ( at a local level). You will work both independently and collaboratively, be able to manage of team of 2+ direct reports, and have strong knowledge and experience in the video landscape and/or in audience-based buying.

ResponsibilitiesThe Investment team is responsible for the PMX Lift campaign buying approach and tactical plan development. Associate Directors report into a Director and will lead campaign planning across multiple markets with their team.
- Manage the strategic planning of local ATV campaigns, including:
- Collaborate across teams to identify audiences
- Request and review proposals from vendors
- Determine strategic budget allocation based on client goals and audiences
- Share recommendations with agency teams; inclusive strategic rationale for each campaign
- Oversee Partner execution with Activation or Measurement team to:
- Implement buys, and QA/troubleshoot
- Track in-flight campaigns, and improve
- Set up campaign advanced attribution measurement and reporting
- Develop internal and external relationships to ensure campaign success
- Provide required deliverables to keep campaigns on track
- Be in an environment that encourages creativity, enthusiasm, and organization
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years media experience, in a strategic, media planning, or investment/buying role
- Background in CTV, Addressable TV, and/or OTT
- Manage workstreams, with evolving priorities
- Qualitative skills with attention-to detail to produce accurate work
- Direct report management experience
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word

Compensation Range: $91,000.00 - $154,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
