OverviewThis role oversees a team that manages the day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns and strategy.
A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of digital media experience in the programmatic space and is a data-driven, strategic thought leader who strives to foster an environment of welcomed creativity and learning for their team. The candidate should be knowledgeable in DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP including campaign build, creative assignment, performance optimization principles & reporting capabilities.
You will report to the Vice President, Central Activation.

Responsibilities- Manage a team of programmatic campaign managers team responsible for the client's media buys in the DSPs
- Lead and assist in coaching, managing, and educating a team of Supervisors, Sr. Campaign Managers, Campaign Mangers, and Jr. Campaign Managers
- Develop talent of junior team members to grow within their current account assignments and be a resource for projects outside campaign activation
- Extensive knowledge of the biddable media landscape (auction dynamics, partner integrations, ad verification, data privacy legislative impacts)
- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional client service
- Contribute to creation of action plans for achieving and measuring digital media success, including setting key metrics, measurement and optimization strategies
- Advocate for the value of digital media by educating clients, partners and internal teams on the latest tech/data advancements and capabilities in this quickly evolving space
- Provide direction as needed for improving campaign performance through optimization and/or implementing new features and strategies
- Develop points of view on new technologies, trends, and opportunities in the automated digital media landscape
- Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience managing programmatic media required
- 3+ years of activation experience in programmatic media buying required; additional bidded media (Search, Social, Ecomm) activation experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a team
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights and optimization recommendations
- Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues
- Strong project management skills
