OverviewThis Client Support Supervisor role will be dedicated to supporting one of the top PM clients. The Supervisor will be responsible for the account management and maximizing the results of the engagement, with the focus on activation strategy, performance channel leadership and the operational workflows between the client and the global offshore teams. They will serve as an escalation point for the client and the offshore teams and require a mindset and strong customer service skillset. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in performance (search and/or social) campaign management, as well as experience of working directly with clients and agency teams.
You will report to Senior Vice President, Central Activation.

Responsibilities- Build and grow relationships with the clients, global offshore teams, partners and internal Publicis teams
- Design performance activation strategy across platforms (with main focus on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Google Ads) and present recommendations to the client
- Provide campaign recommendations and tactical guidance to the offshore teams to achieve client objectives
- Ensure efficient workflows are established for collaboration between the client and global offshore teams
- Act as a cross-functional subject matter expert to provide an activation perspective to non-media teams
- Develop and present client deliverables and process documentation
- Identify and communicate account needs, concerns and opportunities for team development and business growth
- Project manage the development, roll-out and adoption of automated solutions and other tools
- Act as a point of escalation and facilitate feedback across all teams
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of biddable media experience, with the focus in Search and/or Social
- 3+ years of activation experience and planning across various performance platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing capacity
- Experience collaborating with global counterparts for support
- Experience across other media channels a plus

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
