OverviewYour daily tasks will include but not limited to:
- Executing tests on client’s websites
- Proactively identifying test requirements for new products/environments
- Isolating, replicating, and reporting bugs and verifying bug fixes for all our web-based products
- Interpreting business implications of your findings
- Ensuring that deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
- Communicating findings to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Dealing with pressure from different teams and educating them about technical challenges and solutions
- Generating reports on the effectiveness of the QA team and its tools on a regular basis
ResponsibilitiesCross-training opportunity
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to implement and manage client campaigns and client integrations across a wide range of verticals from finance to travel using our platform.
- Build strong and positive relationships with internal teams and customers. You will have the opportunity to get stuck in from day one.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product. You will be joining the team that are the experts.
- Liaise directly with Technical and Product teams to come up with the best tailored solution for our client's problems.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload to ensure a smooth launch of each campaign within the set deadline – prioritisation is key.
- Work on the onboarding process for new customers ensuring that the foundation to launch is the best it can be.
Qualifications- A minimum of one-year experience as a QA tester
- Experience working in small agile teams
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Practical experience testing using HTML and CSS
- JavaScript skills a bonus
