OverviewJoin Data Solutions, a dynamic, Groupe-wide initiative, dedicated to providing comprehensive Data and Reporting Solutions for top-tier Global Network Clients. As a Data Solutions Manager, you’ll be the key link between business and tech teams, leading the development of cutting-edge data solutions. Your role is crucial in translating complex business needs into actionable tech plans, managing API connectors, and ensuring data accuracy across advanced dashboards.
Responsibilities- Client Team Management & Support: Build strong relationships with client teams, providing technical support and aligning on strategic objectives. Lead regular strategic meetings to anticipate client needs, optimize service delivery, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Data Integrations & Quality Assurance: Oversee data integration via API bridges, build and test KPIs, and ensure data integrity in dashboards, delivering insights for the Business Intelligence team.
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Create dashboard wireframes, brief the BI team, ensure QA standards with Data Governance, troubleshoot errors, and lead data transfers, adhering to data security protocols.
Qualifications- Experience: Proven experience in data, development, or operations roles at Manager level or similar.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with data/BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Datorama, Data Studio, Databricks, SQL) or a strong technical orientation.
- Skills: Excellent organisational and communication abilities, strong attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
