OverviewWe are looking for an outstanding Analytics Manager to join our amazing analytics team Zenith International.
You will be expected to manage a broad range of channel and platform data, create ready to use analysis and reports, whilst providing insights and a balanced point-of-you.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Bringing data to life for the purpose of driving media strategy and developing measurement plans in support of data driven learning agenda
- Oversee central hub and global client reporting requirements (development of reporting templates, e.g. mid campaign, PCAs, etc…) & support hubs or local markets on reporting requirements
- Communicate with client on data opportunities, working with internal teams to build proposals and business cases
- Build measurement frameworks with the identification of business, marketing and media KPIs. Ensure adoption of dashboards and reports
- Working with the team, undertake sophisticated analysis to provide clear data driven solutions and recommendations to business problems.
- Use your knowledge of statistical methods and analytical approaches to guide the team to appropriate solutions that are fast but robust.
- Plan, manage and carry out analysis to support campaign strategy & planning.
- Build and maintain a reporting infrastructure that allows tailored delivery of campaign insights to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the roadmap for the reporting infrastructure, including opportunities for new tools.
- Deliver dashboards and reports as required to the campaign teams in the agency and client.
- Identify and use test frameworks and KPIs to evaluate and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Spot trends and patterns in data sets to drive business growth and improve KPIs for digital marketing campaigns
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need:
- Extensive experience in data and analytics
- Hands-on experience with Data visualisation and BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and GDS.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience extracting and manipulating data from cloud platforms such as AWS
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel – Macros, VLookup, pivot tables etc.
- Experience with data governance policies and procedures
- Experience with digital media buying platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Knowledge of advertising and marketing technology like ad verification and ad serving
- Experience with programmatic buying
- Familiarity with media and communications planning tools and processes
- Knowledge of different testing methods like A/B test and multivariate test
- Proven record in identification and development of insights, measurement, and evaluation projects
- Must have agency experience
- Beneficial to have advanced analytics experience and model building such as – Regression, Clustering, CLTV, Rates of diminishing returns, Correlations etc.
- Beneficial to have practical knowledge of coding languages such as Python, VB etc.
