OverviewImportant: This position requires a bilingual candidate, with French as their first language and English as their second. High proficiency in both languages, both written and spoken, is a requirement for this role. This is not an inside sales job. This is an outside field sales role, which means you will be required to spend time on the road and visit dealers in all the key markets spread out across Quebec, as well as cold calling on new accounts. The preference is for this individual to live in/near/around Montreal and/or the surrounding area and will need to able to travel to the province of Quebec, Ottawa area.
How You’ll Make an Impact
The Account Executive (Field Sales Rep) will be responsible for selling Epsilon's Marketing Services Products to targeted clients; small, mid, and large Dealerships and Dealer Groups in an assigned market area. The Account Executive will be responsible for hunting new automotive business clients and providing strategic, marketing communication solutions, plus required to prospect a specific geographic territory, targeting potential businesses through a consultative sales approach.
The Field Sales Representative will report to the Area Sales Manager, and will work closely with key internal contacts, such as the Marketing Services Representatives, to assist with customer care issues and provide solutions.

What You’ll Achieve
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by selling Epsilon product line to targeted clients—dealerships and dealer groups in assigned market area.
- Provide exceptional problem resolution by implementing Epsilon solutions to satisfy dealerships’ needs.
- Actively participate in customer concern resolution and cancellation turnaround attempts while maintaining consistent support and service to existing clients.
- Demonstrate complete “project management” over each account in your geographical area of responsibility.
- Assist in the development of new marketing products and client tools.
- Maintain a professional relationship with internal support staff and teams.
