Marketplace is fundamentally responsible for leading, managing and inspiring the investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.
Location: Based in Sydney
Reporting of the role: Associate Director
We are looking for a Marketplace Executive to work across Foxtel, the Group is a leading sports and entertainment business, housing popular brands such as Kayo, BINGE, Foxtel and most recently Hubbl.
They are a fantastic client to work with, and we are seen as an extension of their business, which is rare in this industry. The client fosters a supportive and dynamic environment where each of us has the opportunity to learn, grow and make a real impact. We are encouraged to produce innovative, strategic and out of the box media campaigns that showcase Foxtel Group’s sports and entertainment content. And what an exciting time to be working on a client in the SVOD category, a category that is going from strength to strength.
As our Marketplace Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Living and breathing the Mindshare values everyday whilst possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads
- Possessing a strong commitment to creating a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture with the ability to contribute POV's and follow leadership directives.
- Working collaboratively with client team across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process ensuring they deliver work in a timely manner.
- Delivering a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying
- Building an effective knowledge and use proprietary and industry tools & systems to deliver market leading campaign implementation.
- Obtaining necessary certifications for required platforms.
- Developing trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of product suite and formulate opinions on the media landscape.
- Ensuring financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints including pro-formas, MBA's, bookings, and loadings with an aim for zero account queries.
- Follows GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence.
- Ensures timesheets are completed regularly with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
- The role involves the application of specialist technical skills and relative autonomy of decision making.
You will have some Marketing or Agency career experience applying the core marketing competencies, utilising your formal education in a practical setting. This will be underpinned by 1 - 3 Years experience in Media Agencies or broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques and processes. Expertise in TV buying is highly desirable.
High level technical skills in organization, communication, problem solving, strategic thought, proactive management.
