Role Summary As a Senior Paid Social Executive, you will be contributing to the design, management and execution of client campaigns, driving new ideas to improve their performance through account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, audience management and landing page optimization. You will also ensure campaigns are set up, tracked, and optimized to drive maximum efficiency and ensure KPIs are met.Our team really becomes the primary point of contact between many of our clients and their stakeholders, so you will need to be proactive and confident in managing and enhancing our client’s digital measurement, identifying and presenting new areas of growth that will help continue the development of paid channels.You will be passionate about performance, with a proven track record of success and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet key objectives and deadlines.
You’re the right person for this role if you have: 2+ years of paid social experience (agency experience preferable).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.Experience with website, lead, and app analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer etc.).Platform certifications are a plus. Experience with reporting platforms eg. Datorama, Looker Studio, Adverity etc. is also a plus.Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.A passion for Digital Marketing and learning!
Salary: $55K + 10% Bonus.

Key responsibilities:Design, manage and execute large-scale, full-funnel paid campaigns ads on social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies that align with client goals and target audience.Drive new ideas to improve performance of social campaigns including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, audience management, and landing page optimization.Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize performance.Track, report and analyze website analytics and campaigns.Own the management of day-to-day client communications, regularly reporting on account performance, implementing changes, and sharing strategy ideas.Own the management of campaign expenses and stay on budget.Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of the paid channels.Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
