Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead the design, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid social ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, with a focus on mobile app campaigns for iOS and Android. You'll develop full-funnel strategies, manage multiple client projects, and leverage tools like AppsFlyer to track and optimize performance. This role requires a deep understanding of paid social advertising and mobile attribution, alongside strong client communication and data analysis skills. Qualifications
- 3+ years of paid social advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
- Proven track record of success with paid social advertising campaigns, including those for mobile apps.
- Experience with website, lead and app analytics (such as UTM tagging, Google Analytics etc.).
- Experience with AppsFlyer or other mobile attribution platforms is a strong plus.
- Degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Ad platform certifications preferred.
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of pixel and tracking setup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage and execute large-scale, full funnel, app and web campaigns on social platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies that align with client goals and target audience, communications within key accounts, and present the strategic vision of social as part of the full media mix and current performance in regular client meetings.
- Drive new ideas and execution to improve performance in social app and web campaigns, including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, audience management, and landing page optimization.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, including 3rd party data (such as AppsFlyer), and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize performance.
- Track, report, and analyze website and app analytics.
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of the paid channels.
- Work closely with the creative and reporting teams to drive data-backed innovation and strategy, especially in the mobile app space.
- Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams, particularly in mobile and app-related advertising strategies.
