Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead paid search, paid social, and display advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize for key metrics
Provide regular performance insights and recommendations
Allocate budgets effectively, perform bid adjustments, and manage daily spending to meet or exceed client KPIs
Manage and develop a team of paid media strategists and analysts
Work closely with account managers, internal teams, and occasionally clients to ensure alignment between paid media strategies and business objectives
Create media plans, determine budget allocations, and provide accurate forecasts for client campaigns
Stay updated with industry trends and ensure the team implements best practices in all paid media efforts

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns across search, social, and display channels
Extensive hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Advertising
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics (GA4)
Experience with bid management and campaign automation tools
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and tracking tools
Experience managing monthly budgets of $50,000+
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
Experience running A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages
Experience managing and mentoring a small team
Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Blueprint certifications required
