Role Overview
As the Partner & Head Product Growth Marketing at Thence, you will be responsible for leading the growth strategy for the digital businesses/products of our clients. You will focus on scaling these brands through data-driven growth techniques and innovative marketing solutions. The Partner & Head Product Growth Marketing will be a peer to other Practice Heads and will collaborate closely with their respective practices of product consulting, design, research, technology along with client management teams to ensure holistic business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for client B2C brands, with a focus on customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and lead digital marketing campaigns for clients to deliver agreed ROI.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing strategies, and enhance product-market fit to drive revenue and brand success.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage analytics and data insights to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and create scalable marketing plans.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other practice heads (Product Design, Engineering, Analytics, etc.) to create synergistic approaches to client projects, ensuring all teams work towards unified goals.
- Monetary Growth: Be responsible for driving monetary growth and revenue generation for client brands through innovative growth strategies and effective execution.
- Market Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to keep growth strategies fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge.
- Client Reporting & Communication: Provide clear, regular updates and reports to clients, showcasing campaign progress, insights, and growth projections.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing & digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling B2C brands through innovative growth strategies, ideally within a digital marketing or product-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, data analytics, and digital channels.
Industry Knowledge
- Experience working in or with digital marketing firms, managing diverse client portfolios, and delivering business growth solutions.
