The International User Growth Team supports the growth of ByteDance products in international markets. We leverage online advertising, preload and other channels to drive measurable and impactful growth. We strive to delivery industry-leading growth solution, from strategy design to execution as well as analysis and iteration. We cover the entire value chain, from channel and creative perspective, all the way to data infrastructure, automation, and advertising technology. We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Strategy Manager to join TikTok in Singapore. You will be focusing on global paid performance media strategy, and working closely with cross-functional partners such as product, data, and engineering to drive valuable business growth of a portfolio of exciting high-growth products.
Responsibilities
- Be an expert in all aspects of Paid Media, utilizing this knowledge and skills to make key media decisions toward business goals, including but not limited to user acquisition, conversion, and retention improvement;
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing Managers to design, implement and improve growth marketing strategies;
- Lead data-driven research to identify opportunities to optimize user funnels, break down complex user growth problems, turn insights into solutions, increase campaign effectiveness and lift incrementality;
- Respond to industry trends such as iOS ATT and Android sandbox, keeping business efficiency with privacy challenges;
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or above in relevant disciplines;
- 5+ years hands-on experience in user growth-related roles, such as strategy, analytics, performance marketing etc. Rich experience in campaign management with considerable budget.
- Experience with mobile ads, background in top-tier marketing agencies, internet companies or management consulting is preferred;
- Proficient in optimizing campaigns on various ad platforms including Google Ads, Ad Networks, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Understand channel advanced capabilities, familiar with tools such as Mobile Measurement Partner, Google Analytics, and Firebase;
- Understanding of App and Web ad data acquisition and attribution methods, strategizing growth plans based on attribution and value acquisition for products in different growth stages, and a basic understanding of multi-touch attribution, cannibalization optimization, marginal efficiency, etc;
- Sensitive to data with strong analytical skills, maintains curiosity and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, ability to cope with work pressure, have top-level awareness and ability to pinpoint and overcome challenges;
- Proficient in English to manage global stakeholders.
