About the Role
As our Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development, scaling, and deployment of our proprietary product, Paradigm (our Cookieless attribution model). You will collaborate closely with our Data Science, Business Intelligence and Engineering teams, utilizing your Power BI expertise to create scalable product. You will be involved throughout the product development lifecycle, contributing to design, implementation, deployment and maintenance of the product.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, scaling, and deployment of Paradigm, our Cookieless attribution model
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, focusing on user experience and insightful data presentation
- Collaborate closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to integrate data pipelines and ensure data accuracy
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our BI processes and best practices, particularly as they relate to Paradigm
- Maintain and update existing Paradigm dashboards and reports
- Conduct data quality checks and testing within the Paradigm ecosystem
- Participate in client workshops and presentations related to Paradigm's capabilities and performance
Requirements
- Experience within the field of business intelligence and development of scalable solutions
- Proven expertise in Power BI development, including dashboard design, DAX, and data modeling
- Solid technical experience with SQL
- Experience with data warehousing and data pipelines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Advantageous Skills
- Experience in product development, ideally within a data-driven environment
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Data Science and Engineering
- Experience with other visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio
- Knowledge of the media and marketing industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
