One of the most successful independent and owner-managed agencies in Berlin is delighted to be recruiting a Performance Marketing Manager (German & English Speaking).
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant networks.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid management tailored to the German market.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search strategies with broader performance marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with market trends, search engine algorithm updates, and competitive landscape changes in the German market.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize performance while adhering to agreed KPIs.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine campaign strategies.
- Produce detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong emphasis on paid search.
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns targeting the German market, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and local consumer behaviour.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads/Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
- Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
