Job Description

Effectively communicate digital strategies and rational for approaches for each campaign
Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients while meeting or surpassing agreed upon performance expectations
Assist the line manager to develop media strategy, channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow-plan for full funnel campaigns
Partner with support teams on how to strengthen campaign measurement for reporting and insights generation
Provide regular insights and actionable points to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
Coordinate and work with media partners to develop relevant strategies and ensure accurate platform implementation
Troubleshoot issues across planning and buying functions
Leverage available planning tools and liaise with media owners for proposals along with recommended ad formats
Engage clients on day-to-day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels
Oversee all performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc.) & recommend ways to improve performance
Closely monitor and optimize performance during campaign period across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok etc.
Weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings
Participate in regular knowledge sharing sessions to contribute and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a media agency
Meticulous, good with numbers and able to organise and prioritise tasks and work under tight timelines
Resilient to change and willing to keen to learn new skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties
Ready to take up initiatives and ownership of projects
Good project management skills & a good team player
