About The Team
As a member of TikTok growth marketing team, you will be responsible for the performance marketing strategies and execution for our key markets. Leading user growth of global markets and products, our team is aiming at building the team itself as a strong platform and providing industry-top-level growth marketing solutions. You will be working not only with our amazing TikTok growth marketing managers, but also with creative talents, product managers, data scientists, strategists and teams with other functionalities to conquer the growth world. As a growth marketing manager for TikTok, you will be leading growth marketing initiatives to accelerate user growth in key markets. Working closely with creative talents, product managers, data scientists, strategists and experts, you will be evolving our approaches to an excellent level and providing growth solutions that are valuable to the business.
- Responsible for account strategies on mainstream channels (Google Ads, Google UAC, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.) with considerable budget and explore different ad formats to optimize the performance.
- Deep dive into the western markets, identify opportunites to optimize funnels, increase campaign effectiveness and lift incrementality.
- Generate learning insights, strategic improvements and prioritize tests and trials.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers and cross functional partners to implement and upgrade growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of professional experience in media-buying, performance ads strategy, App growth etc.
- Rich experience of campaign management with considerable budget.
- Capable of strategic testing and project management.
- Experience with mobile ads is preferred.
- Insightful on advertising systems, e.g. deep understanding of algorithms on different ad products, practices in campaign management or hacking ad systems.
- Experience with the western markets would be a strong plus.
