Position
The Media & Brand Strategist role at Allspring Global Investments provides an outstanding chance to craft and implement our brand strategy and paid media initiatives worldwide. This position plays a key role in completing coordinated campaigns in different regions, ensuring our brand connects with diverse audiences. Responsibilities include overseeing a paid media vendor, guiding media buying strategies, and managing the budget and performance metrics for outstanding outcomes.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
- Develop and complete brand strategy, planning, and delivery for coordinated campaigns and other strategic, large-scale initiatives.
- Strategize, implement, and distribute multi-channel paid media campaigns in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions to boost brand awareness, involvement, and consideration for the Allspring brand.
- Provide direction on media buying and placements for TV, online video, digital, social, search, and third-party content partnerships and opportunities.
- Collaborate and partner with managers and internal colleagues to define and scale best-practice media opportunities in the market.
- Gain knowledge of important metrics in media to establish a clear schedule for measuring success, marketing measurement frameworks, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Lead the briefing of media agencies on campaign strategy and provide day-to-day agency management.
- Observe active campaigns, assess metrics and performance, and provide reports on campaign success to collaborators and customers, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Contribute new ideas and inject creativity into brand initiatives and media plans, including test-and-learn opportunities.
- Partner with internal social media and PR/communications teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
- Manage budgets and invoicing to ensure accurate pacing and forecasting across all paid activities.
- Deliver competitor media analysis and creative insights to stay ahead of industry trends and activities.
- Coordinate annual brand health research and surveys with external vendors.
- Become an expert and champion of the Allspring brand.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with various analytics and dashboard programs (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Domo, Hootsuite)
- Paid search experience
