Job Summary
The Demand Generation Manager for APM at Prometheus Group is responsible for the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of marketing program efforts to grow the qualified pipeline for our asset performance management/predictive maintenance/predictive analytics product in our suite of enterprise asset management (EAM) products, solutions, and services.
Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-funnel pipeline and conversions for APM, leveraging a diversified mix of marketing campaigns, programs, and content that align with business-to-business (B2B) buyer ideal client profiles (ICPs), including, but not limited to, webinars, industry, and professional organizations/publications, partner co-marketing, email, direct mail, etc.
- Develop copy and engage our creative team for nurture cadences, landing pages, email, and display advertising mediums.
- Partner with the event marketing team to select events to drive growth and optimization.
- Hands-on- execution of campaign tactics leveraging marketing automation (HubSpot), including email, nurturing, and other demand-driven campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in sales, marketing, product, and customer success to optimize conversions across campaigns effectively.
- Partner with the business development team to provide targets and enablement to run outreach campaigns, information on ideal client profiles (ICP), and account selection guidance.
- Design BDR outreach and email campaigns to generate and nurture leads throughout the funnel for APM.
- Research the market and seek new opportunities to engage prospects (e.g., trade association/publication sponsorships, solution providers, etc.).
- Lead quarterly planning and forecasting of marketing plan and schedules for lead generation, forecasting yield in pipeline generation by continuously improving accuracy.
- Partner with the marketing operations team for transparent reporting across all marketing campaigns against goals and forecasts.
- Bring an innovation mindset to experiment and A/B test across all channels.
- Own assigned marketing programs budget.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B tech industry marketing experience specific to demand creation and integrated marketing.
- Ideal experience would include SaaS offerings targeted to industry prospects in manufacturing, oil and gas, mining and/or the SAP, Oracle, or IBM Maximo ecosystem. Also, knowledge of asset performance management/predictive maintenance/predictive analytics space is a plus.
- Thrives in high-accountability marketing environments where marketing contributes to and is charged with driving quantifiable growth (i.e., SQLs, Wins, etc.).
- Experience in deep engagement with sales leadership and business development teams with specific ABM program development.
- Competitive mindset interested in building something new with us in marketing at Prometheus Group.
- Customer-obsessed that invests in learning the customer, market, competition, and how our offerings solve their challenges.
- Experience with executing marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Salesforce) is ideal.
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
