Role Summary
As part of the Chief Marketing Organization the Manager Paid Search will be part of the Performance Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Paid Search strategy to enhance the visibility and overall performance for Pfizer websites. This role requires a strategic thinker, as well as hands-on experience. You will be part of our newly created In-House team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing successful paid search campaigns, and a deep understanding of industry trends.
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid search campaigns across various platforms to drive key actions and achieve business objectives for a portfolio of brands.
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new opportunities and optimizations within the paid search landscape in alignment with Pfizer guidelines.
- Develop and execute paid search strategies, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various paid search channels based on campaign KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including media strategy, brand marketing, and SEO to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
- Design and implement tests based on best practices within platform, pull and analyze data, and deliver actionable results.
- Adherence to executional excellence is a must; ensure all campaigns follow platform and pharma guidelines while maintaining high standards for quality and compliance.
- Provide assistance with or lead strategy recommendations and discussions for brands in portfolio, taking into account industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance campaign performance and innovation.
- Lead the daily campaign operations, working closely with other Managers and Sr. Associates to ensure daily checks, pacing, and priority projects are executed.
- Monitor and analyze core metrics, offering insights and actionable recommendations on a monthly and quarterly basis based on optimization logs, auction dynamics, brand nuances, etc.
- Grow the team's performance, based on pre-defined expectations and goals, and contribute to reaching them.
Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- 5+ years of agency or client-side Hands on Keyboard Search expertise (Healthcare experience preferred but not required)
- In-depth knowledge of paid search platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe, or other analytics tools
- Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and demonstrate positive results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Strong communications skills, and ability to translate concepts for a wide variety of audiences
- Understanding of media measurement norms, evolving landscape, and industry standards
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Paid Search tools and analytics platforms

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,900.00 to $166,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
