Job Summary
B2C Client acquisition strategy with a particular emphasis on driving lead volume through our website, email and owned digital channels. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, campaign strategy, and channel optimization to support aggressive growth goals.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and create campaign strategy leveraging multiple channels including partner marketing.
- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting for continuous optimization.
- Must possess excellent analytical skills, highly goal oriented, and excellent communication skills.
- Proven success in developing effective B2C acquisition strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to maximize leads and conversions from our website using data-driven insights and innovative approaches.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across website, email, SMS, social, and other owned media, optimizing performance metrics such as CAC and LTV.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product and sales initiatives, ensuring seamless customer journeys across touchpoints.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools (GA, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to measure and refine campaign performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Lead efforts to build and optimize partner marketing initiatives that support acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in demand generation, acquisition, and retention, with a deep understanding of marketing funnels and optimization tactics.
- Experience building multi-channel campaigns across client journey mappings
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in presenting complex data and results to executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive strategy while balancing tactical execution.
- Expertise in CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience presenting channel strategy and campaign results to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 10+ yrs. of B2C growth / performance marketing experience with a track record of success in multi-channel campaign execution.
