OverviewThe EMEA Performance Strategy Senior Director will support markets and global teams with new business and client growth, to help bring compelling performance narratives to pitches and organic opportunities.
This role will work closely within the EMEA team with the Performance Strategy and AdTech Lead, and the Chief Performance Officer. You will be responsible for supporting pitches happening in markets or globally. Sometimes these will be Performics pitches and you will be asked to lead the creation of the story, sometimes these will be cross-media pitches and you will be the performance voice to help write written pitch responses and presentations, and to deliver them to clients.
You will work with in-market growth teams, Performics global growth team and Publicis Groupe business development to ensure that our message is globally consistent, aligned to the overarching strategy of each opportunity, and strong enough to win.
You’ll also work with markets as they develop the global story into their own local stories. You’ll be their point of contact and support to help them with questions about their go to market stories.
Responsibilities- Lead and support new business pitches by crafting and delivering compelling performance stories.
- Partner with Global Client Leads to drive existing client growth and address roadblocks.
- Serve as a key point of contact for markets, providing support and expertise for local growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to adapt global strategies into powerful local stories.
Qualifications- Extensive experience in performance marketing environments.
- Proven track record of creating and delivering pitch-winning performance marketing stories.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable in client-facing roles with senior clients.
- Experience with ad technology and developing new capabilities.
- Enjoys creating repeatable processes and improving efficiency.
- Experience working with international teams.
