We are looking for a media savvy, data driven Specialist, Performance Marketing to join our team. The role will support the Performance Media team in planning the Always On strategy and managing the optimization of paid social campaigns driving subscriptions across Peacock/direct-to-consumer products.
Responsibilities
- Help manage all paid social acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Serve as a central point of contact for the performance marketing agency to plan and optimize social media campaigns towards CPA, LTV, and ROAS goals across channels, and then summarize results for a broader audience.
- Collaborate on the creative process - briefing and tracking of creative assets, collecting feedback, and stakeholder management to ensure accurate and timely asset delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams to help develop test hypotheses and build out a/b test plans and ensure accurate measurement and reporting of campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data regularly, providing insightful updates on pacing, volume, optimizations, and channel contribution to business objectives.
- Work closely with social media account reps, staying on top of industry trends, leverage new technologies and participate in open betas across the platforms.
- Maintain optimal channel and investment mix based on MTA and MMM modeling recommendations.
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience media buying, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social platforms (Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest, etc)
- In-platform buying experience at an agency or in-house team preferred
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities.
- Proven track record optimizing media campaigns to deliver against CPA and volume objectives.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and incrementality
- Entertainment, advertising or e-commerce industry experience a plus
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
