Job Summary
We are actively seeking a Social Media Specialist with a knack for creating compelling digital content. This role is integral to enhancing our digital footprint across various social media platforms. The incumbent will be entrusted with the development of engaging content, execution of our social media strategy, and amplification of our brand awareness and marketing initiatives. This position provides a collaborative opportunity with our in-house creative team to produce content that stimulates customer engagement and elevates brand recognition.
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect and administer our social media strategy.
- Generate and disseminate daily content that cultivates meaningful customer relationships and augments brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to orchestrate impactful social media campaigns.
- Remain conversant with the latest social media trends and technological advancements.
- Optimize company pages across each platform to maximize the reach of our social content.
- Monitor SEO metrics and customer engagement, and propose content optimization strategies.
- Moderate user-generated content in compliance with the moderation policy.
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Analyze social data/metrics to gauge the effectiveness of social media campaigns and refine future strategies.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure the production of informative and appealing content.
- Engage with industry professionals and influencers via social media to expand your professional network.
Primary Skills & Requirements
- Exceptional consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven experience with social networking and proficiency in social analytics tools.
- Familiarity with web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
- Comprehensive understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-centric with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of social media experience, including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency environment.
- Experience with various analytics software.
- Proficient knowledge of social media best practices.
- Solid understanding of social media KPIs.
