Position Overview
TigerConnect is looking for a creative, hands-on marketer with a successful track record in demand gen and account-based programs targeting new and existing customers. The Director, Demand Generation leads our Demand Gen team – planning & executing data-driven, multi-touch B2B marketing programs from end-to-end (strategy, development, execution, reporting) leveraging both inbound and outbound tactics.

Team Collaboration
We are an all-hands-in marketing organization and work cross-functionally within our team and across the business. This role works in partnership with multiple disciplines to drive demand, including sales, customer marketing, client success, revenue operations, and product marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen professionals
- Create and manage an end to end campaign strategy to drive demand
- Manage key channels including paid search, SEM/SEO, display, retargeting, website, events, webinars, and account-based marketing
- Develop and execute outbound demand generation and account-based marketing programs to drive revenue through our direct sales teams
- Interlock with sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities
- Follow TigerConnect's end-to-end lead management process in conjunction with sales operations and marketing operations, including lead capture, nurturing via portfolio marketing, and service-level agreements
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
- Evaluate, select, and manage 3rd party vendors that contribute to demand creation programs
- Set up marketing tracking mechanisms to capture engagement and account/contact scoring
- Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Manage and adhere to Digital Programs budget
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in marketing or related business degree
- 5+ years of experience managing a high performing Digital Marketing and Demand Gen team
- 8+ years' experience in a fast-paced demand generation environment, ideally with an enterprise B2B SaaS product
- 5+ years of B2B digital/inbound/outbound marketing including website and content marketing, ability to leverage social media to seed demand, SEO/SEM, association marketing, content syndication, strategic events
- Experience with lead management tools like Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar
- Experience working in an environment that relies on Salesforce as its CRM
- Marketing automation, website content management, website CRO & analytics, and business intelligence skills
- Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
- Demonstrated skills in positioning and differentiating products and services
- Demonstrated success in funnel management
- Experience managing a budget for both project and vendor spend
- Health technology background is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary from $102,700 - $229,000
- Annual corporate bonus program
