Team Description
This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Senior Analyst, Programmatic Media you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Media team reporting to the Programmatic Senior Manager, you will leverage audience insights and historical data to recommend media platforms and key performance indicators (KPIs), develop campaign tactical plans, and report on performance.

Job Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Duties
- Build, implement, and measure complex media campaigns that deliver on traffic and conversion objectives for our Performance program and Marketing initiatives
- Act as primary lead for Display Performance campaigns across multiple agency and platform partners to deliver efficient key metrics and recommend innovative ideas to improve performance and scale
- Analyze multiple data sources to understand program performance, identify trends and effectively report results to stakeholders
- Evaluate campaigns to improve performance over historical benchmarks and identify new opportunities for tests and innovation
- Accountable for campaign trafficking with media partners and internal teams on pixels, UTM, floodlight tagging and reporting for assigned campaigns to ensure accurate reporting and viewability (Google, Adobe)
- Assist in establishing streamlined ways of working that increase efficiency and outcomes
- Accurately manage monthly Display media budget forecasts & actuals and manage cross charges to other departments
Collaboration
- Partner with Media Activation Team, Agencies, and internal Marketing team members to educate them on media best practices, gain approval for campaign recommendations, and provide learnings to inform creative asset delivery
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and teams on channel strategy and campaign activation to increase program effectiveness
- Partner with agencies and other Media channels to ensure integrated planning and shared cross-program learnings
Project Ownership
Oversee channel creative and coordinate with Creative strategy partners to manage campaign creative. Share paid learnings to ensure best-in-class creative that supports media objectives and ideal customer experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Three (3) years in Programmatic Display digital performance marketing with an agency or large brand
- Experience managing complex paid digital campaigns with large budgets and multiple audiences & creative assets
- In platform experience setting up and executing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms (DV360, Yahoo, YouTube, TradeDesk)
- Expertise to make decisions using reporting visualization dashboards (ex. Adobe), in-platform, and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Experience with ad operations and technology including 1st party audience tools, media platform pixels, UTMs, ad serving, bidding platform and viewability
- Hybrid schedule in Addison, TX (3 days/week in office)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using project management tools (ex. AirTable, Jira, etc.) to story tell with data and visuals
- Experience with Dynamic Creative and feed-based creative solutions
- Vertical knowledge & experience: Travel, Finance, Retail, Auto or experience in a performance-led and matrixed organization
- Experience managing and executing (hands-on) large-scale Display campaigns and tracking within ad platform
