Job Overview
Gravity Global is seeking a Senior Paid Search Strategist to develop and execute paid search campaigns that achieve client marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns, with a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search engine marketing channels.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Create compelling ad copy that aligns with client brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Audit and implement conversion tracking and performance measurement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as budget pacing, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize ads and landing pages.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize ad performance.
- Provide regular reports and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with account management teams to develop integrated marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing paid search proposals and pitches.
- Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7-9 years proven experience in managing successful paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Paid Social experience a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant paid search platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and draw insights from data.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools, bid management platforms, and SEM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Up-to-date with latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.
- Passion for continuous learning and proactive problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads certifications are a plus.
