About the Role: Programmatic Media Manager
Gen Digital's media team is looking for a seasoned marketer to oversee our display and programmatic marketing programs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies and executing campaigns across various programmatically bought channels bought to drive awareness and customer growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem and hands-on experience planning and executing a multi-million-dollar annual budget.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on Execution, management, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns and programs across various channels (display, native, video etc) and platforms while meeting or surpassing performance expectations
- Provide recommendations and strategies to drive growth efficiently across channels managed
- Share weekly/monthly reporting on all major metrics, goals tracking, campaign launches and updates across initiatives
- Manage creative assets, landing pages and all related processes (legal approval) for campaigns in market and/or new launches
- Formulate proposals for new opportunities. This includes developing hypothesis and full test plan to prove/disprove theory.
- Collaborate with internal (brand, creative etc) and external teams (partners) on creatives to effectively communicate the brand story to the right audience
- Budgeting, planning, forecasting and day-to-day operations
- Manage relationship with all partners, vendors and stay to up to date with industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets in consumer marketing at client or agency side. Client side is preferred
- Experience managing programmatic advertising across multiple channels (search, social, display, video, audio etc.)
- Deep understanding of programmatic tools and platforms
- Digital Subscription background would be a plus
- Experience in building and managing relationships at significant scale with both external partners and with internal teams
- Experience with budgeting, planning, forecasting, and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels
- Strong data analytics and excel proficiency.
- Excellent time, project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, able to work independently, flexible, collaborative, problem-solver, team player and a 'can do' attitude.
