Position: Senior Director, Performance Marketing – Ostomy Care

This role is responsible for setting the vision to build and advance the business unit's digital infrastructure, omni-channel capabilities, and performance marketing analytics capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the development of the Ostomy Care Business' digital vision, strategy, roadmap, and capabilities
Ensure strong performance results across all marketing channels including web, SEO, SEM, email, social, events, and affiliate partnerships
Understand Performance Marketing's role in overall P&L and drive profitable growth
Assess current marketing analytics and digital capabilities, define future state, and develop a practical roadmap
Leverage data and analytics to continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns
Utilize segmentation to build patient and HCP journeys
Stay current on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
Develop and manage program budgets and vendor contracts
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of professionals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
15+ years related experience in multichannel marketing
Proven track record of achieving KPIs
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels
10+ years of people/project management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency with web analytics tools and marketing platforms
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience building global performance marketing capabilities
Strong analytical and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Proven content management and digital marketing experience
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Strong English communication skills
Familiarity with performance marketing technologies and AI

Working Conditions

Hybrid working – 2 to 3 days per week in office
Travel up to 30% of the time, mostly in North America and Europe
Preference for proximity to London or Lexington, MA offices
