Brief
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes digital marketing, especially performance-driven campaigns on platforms like Facebook.
The ideal candidate will be able to craft persuasive ad copy, conceptualize creative strategy for all our brands, and keep a pulse on emerging trends to help drive our brand’s growth.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on creation of impactful ads and campaign assets, making it a key part of our performance marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute data-backed ad strategies with a focus on Facebook Ads Manager.
- Creative Production Understanding: Collaborate with the design and video editing teams to produce scroll-stopping ads, with some hands-on involvement in copywriting and basic video editing.
- Copywriting and Content: Write compelling ad copies that convey the brand message effectively and prompt user engagement.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and creative techniques.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze ad performance data, adjust strategies, and optimize creatives to meet campaign KPIs.
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools and workflows to streamline processes and improve creative productivity.
- Stay updated on the latest AI and industry trends to continuously enhance the creative process.
- Understanding the fundamentals of how social media works will be a big plus for the role.
- Testing thumbnails, reel formats.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager and performance-driven creatives.
- Proven experience in a creative strategist role, preferably within a large e-commerce marketplace or a D2C Brand.
- Strong understanding of video production, editing basics, and ad copywriting.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt creatives accordingly.
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI tools for creative processes.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, stay on top of trends, and think strategically.
- A keen sense for detail, quality, and brand consistency.

- Proven social media content creation skills (FB, Insta, tweets or any other platform).
- Thorough knowledge of all social media platforms.
- Good collaborator.
