Job Description
The PPC Analyst is responsible for identifying trends, insights and opportunities that can be actioned to meet and surpass the clients’ success metrics while also supporting the team where needed with other projects and planning. This person is proficient in campaign performance analysis and understands how search engine function; how bids relate to keyword performance and campaign efficiency. In this role you will need to handle several different tasks concurrently which requires working closely with management, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and align objectives.
The PPC Analyst has solid communication skills and tactical hands-on experience developing and delivering analytics reports and intuitive dashboards to effectively communicate key performance metrics and impact to senior leadership and stakeholders. Data and analysis should come easily. You must be dynamic with your strategies and willing to adapt to the ever-changing marketplace. You think critically to solve problems and can always find a solution.
Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Has a progressive understanding of the interrelationship between paid search and other digital channels.
- Performs data analysis for reporting and initial commentary.
- Monitor paid search optimization, review advertising copy, landing pages and positioning to ensure brand management standards and accuracy.
- Report campaign findings and recommendations on a weekly basis.
- Assist with weekly forecasting updates.
- Aids in new campaign/initiative launches.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand search performance across global markets.
- Identify and analyze competitor techniques, as well as benchmarking performance against competitors.
- Executes tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor budgets are pacing effectively, and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
- Leverage web analytics platforms to identify prospects actively searching for vacations and build a plan to convert.

Qualifications Include
- Proven SEM experience and success analyzing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics 360.
- Experience managing a medium-large brand.
- Ability to work with and lead external vendor/partner relationships including negotiating contracts and terms.
- Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Understands campaign objectives/strategy and able to present insight in reports to clients as well as field/anticipate questions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (expert in Excel), Looker Studio, Supermetrics and Power BI.
- SA360 experience highly preferred.
- Meta Experience is desirable.
Experience
Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of PPC Analyst competently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years in advertising agency or similar marketing role experience, preferably travel industry related.
