Job Overview
Our client, a leader in innovative medical and beauty products ranging from advanced therapies to cutting-edge pain management solutions is looking to add a full-time Paid Media Manager to their team!
In this role, you will be working closely with the Marketing Director, Social Media Coordinator, and creative team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing relationships with multiple agencies handling paid media for Google, Meta, and Amazon
- Ensuring agencies are performing effectively and meeting all campaign objectives
- Handling daily tracking and optimization of paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve performance across all platforms
- Proposing ideas for account growth and optimization
- Assisting in new business efforts/sales pitches
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and providing insights to improve efficiency
- Using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager to generate reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Meta Tag Manager, Shopify Collabs, and Amazon Seller Central
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and agencies
- Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance
- Experience with Excel
- Familiarity with medical and beauty devices is a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus due to communication with a Nicaraguan agency
- Experience with Monday.com or an adjacent project management software
