Overview
Develops and executes integrated multi-channel marketing strategies and media campaigns that support and align with the Paychex brand while complementing other campaigns in market including brand, demand and lead gen and ABM initiatives.
Will own advertising strategies for top- and mid-funnel marketing, including tactics like programmatic display, social and sponsored content collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and helping measure and track performance to optimize results.
You will play a pivotal role in maximizing marketing spend at the top and middle of the funnel with a strong emphasis on advertising programs for demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) to acquire leads that drive highly qualified marketing-sourced pipeline.
You'll standout with the skills to communicate your campaign strategies and recommendations to peers and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing strategies that align with brand, demand and lead generation and ABM initiatives.
- Own advertising strategies for top- and mid-funnel marketing, including tactics like programmatic display, social and sponsored content.
Advertising Management
- Optimize advertising performance by monitoring key metrics, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Project estimated campaign performance results based on campaign budgets and benchmark costs.
- Prepare projections and forecast calculations regarding incremental customer growth.
- Regularly re-assess audience targeting and retargeting for opportunities for additional reach and efficient spend.
- Negotiate and implement site-direct media buys with industry publications/sites.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Develop and implement ABM strategies to target key accounts and drive engagement with personalized messaging and content.
- Work closely with the sales enablement team to align marketing efforts with account-specific goals and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Analytics and Reporting
- Own campaign measurement using ad platforms, Google Analytics, Power BI, Salesforce and Market reporting to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide insights for optimization.
- Track recognition and lift as a regular part of monitoring brand across advertising channels.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, ROI, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Content Development
- Collaborate with the content team and media partners to create compelling and relevant content for campaigns, including ad copy, visuals and landing pages.
- Ensure that content is optimized for different channels and resonates with target audiences.
- Develop creative testing roadmap for continuous optimization.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in MBA - Preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing all types of paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, paid social, display and retargeting.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $88,830 - $142,800.
Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
