AdTheorent is the leader in Demand Side Platform (DSP) machine learning solutions for advertising. The platform – built for traders, by traders – is now available as a self-service SaaS offering.
As a Yield Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of programmatic campaigns utilizing our proprietary technology platform. The role involves a combination of data analysis, creative problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert in programmatic advertising.
- Ongoing management of campaign performance and campaign delivery, while maintaining internal business goals.
- Proactively analyze data and implementation of optimization tactics to execute advertising campaigns based on client objectives.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to internal Client Services team.
- Monitor and analyze reporting on a regular basis to ensure optimal delivery and performance of campaigns.
- Coordinate with Data Science and other internal stakeholder teams to maintain and improve performance for campaigns.
- Ongoing contribution to the development of best practices for Yield team.
Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years experience in campaign management of digital media or at least 4 years of relevant professional work experience (e.g., Operations, Technology, Finance, Economics, Engineering, etc.).
- College degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business.
- Ability to bring organization and structure, while also being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Solution-oriented with the collaboration skills and the ability to be a team player.
- Fluent in Excel with a willingness to learn SQL.
Compensation Range
Compensation range: $70-80k base + bonus potential. We offer full health coverage, generous PTO, an award-winning office culture!
The base range provided is AdTheorent’s current assessment for this role. The confirmed salary will be commensurate with experience, education, skills, and other factors. This is subject to change, but will be no less than the minimum stated. We encourage all to apply, as applicants will be assessed on an individual basis. Job title and base salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
