The NTT DATA, Inc. UK&I marketing team is looking to recruit a Demand Generation Director to define and lead the execution of global and regional demand generation programs for services and technology solutions in the UK&I market.
The ideal candidate is an experienced demand generation program and campaign planner and executioner who understands client needs in the B2B IT market space, and can bring NTT DATA, Inc. services and technology value propositions to life with demand generation tactics that resonate with target clients and can deliver demonstrable pipeline for the country.
This person should be highly collaborative and be able to work effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders.
The role will require extensive engagement with regional and global marketing to plan, implement and measure the impact of the marketing campaigns in country to support our global and regional strategy.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in planning and executing demand generation campaigns across cross-functional teams and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
What you’ll be doing:
- Business partner and interface with portfolio and solution leaders across the business, efectively building stakeholder relaitonships to build cohesive and collaborative teams to deliver on the strategic marketing agenda.
- Planning, implementing and reporting marketing demand generation campaigns to grow our pipeline and revenue in Priority High Value Services and technology in our client base and target accounts in the UK&I.
- This will include managing the blending of campaign materials from the global Demand Generation team and global priorities, along with those of the Divisions and the countries.
- Leveraging our client segmentation strategy, gaining alignment on the persona audiences and accounts to target, particularly in 1:Many campaign delivery, but also supporting our 1:Few activity.
- Leading our engagement with the regional Demand Generation COE to identify appropriate global campaigns and driving their adoption in the UK&I, where appropriate.
- Identifying any gaps in subjects/services that may require creation of new campaigns for UK&I clients and then working with the Demand Generation COE (content and digital marketing teams) to craft compelling, differentiated messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Emded a demand generation engine in the UK&I that enables our marketing to be effective across all areas.
- Working with the Sales Enablement team to help Sales understand the value propositions and campaign plans to ensure successful follow-up.
- Reviewing and reporting on the sourced and influenced pipeline generation, and velocity through the lead funnel and ultimately the revenue and bookings generated in UK&I.
- Regularly communicating with the country teams to assist in the identification of demand generation activity gaps and to roll-out of campaigns in country.
- Success will be measured by pipeline, closed revenue and velocity through the demand generation funnel across the region.
