Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Establish and lead the programmatic media buying function, including defining strategies, processes, and tools for success.
- Build and execute programmatic media campaigns on platforms such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, and more.
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including planning, setup, optimization, tracking, QA, and reporting.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to craft precise targeting strategies tailored to business needs.
- Forge relationships with programmatic platforms, ad networks, and external partners to maximize reach and efficiency.
- Provide performance insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to drive growth.
- Take full ownership of key performance metrics, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Fight hordes of zombies armed with nothing but a baseball bat and your sharp skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and managing programmatic media activities from the ground up - a must-have.
- 3+ years of experience with desktop and mobile programmatic advertising platforms, focusing on the demand side.
- Deep expertise in programmatic platforms like Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets effectively.
- Experience in gaming-related advertising is a strong advantage.
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics or Tableau, using data to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to tackle the challenges of building processes and teams from scratch.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High-level or native-level English proficiency (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with international teams, partners, and clients.
- Proficiency is surviving zombie apocalypses, experience is a plus.
