Role Summary
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute the performance marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth by driving customer acquisition, and conversions, and increasing average order value (AOV).
You will oversee campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring efficiency in cost per acquisition (CAC) and user retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Own and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, affiliates, and programmatic channels.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing and customer acquisition strategy, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Digital Marketing Execution: Drive digital marketing efforts to boost awareness, traffic, conversions, revenue, and retention using retargeting strategies.
- User Growth: Achieve user growth targets for app and web channels while maintaining efficient metrics like CAC, LTV, and AOV.
- Attribution and Analytics: Set up attribution models and multi-channel tracking. Develop a robust performance reporting framework to optimize marketing investments.
- A/B Testing and Innovation: Implement continuous communication testing (A/B), innovate with new platforms, and plan new product/format launches.
- Channel Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (UAC, GDN, Search, DV360), Facebook Ads, and affiliate networks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, and Data) and manage external performance marketing agencies/affiliate partners to deliver results.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably with a D2C brand.
- 5+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on measurable results.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate networks, and programmatic campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in setting up attribution models and tracking frameworks.
- Experience in scaling user acquisition and achieving efficiency on metrics like CAC and AOV.
- Innovative mindset with a track record of A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
