About The Role
As a Paid Search Manager, you'll be a key player in driving our growth strategy through effective paid search and performance-based advertising campaigns. You'll be responsible for the success of our paid search initiatives, including Google Search, Microsoft, Performance Max, and Vehicle Ads. Your role will involve strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
What You'll Do
- Campaign Management and Optimisation: Oversee and optimise paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ad
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance performance
- Strategic Thinking: Contribute to the development and execution of our overall growth strategy, focusing on paid search and performance-based campaign
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local market teams, brand, and marketing analytics to ensure alignment and maximise campaign effectiveness
- Innovation: Identify and test new opportunities and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and drive growth
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing teams, and cross-functional departments. Effectively communicate campaign performance, strategies, and insights & recommendations

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency or tech-driven environment, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Experience with bid management tools and PPC platforms
- Understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to PPC efforts is a plus
- Proven track record in driving and optimizing Google Ads performance
- Analytical Skills Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL)
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Additional Skills: Experience with Performance Max or Vehicle Ads is a plus. Fluency in Spanish or German is also a plus
