What we're looking for
- A digital marketer with 4+ years of PPC/Paid Social experience
- Strong experience marketing mobile apps
- You’ll work alongside an experienced team looking after Paid social and global PPC and organic search traffic across 14+ languages
- You’ll be analytical and data-driven – working closely with our data science team to make smart decisions
- Someone with a deep knowledge of the latest paid social and SEO trends – including an understanding of the technical side
Day to day
- Managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap and Apple Search Ads
- Creating a global paid strategy
- Running an experiment roadmap to help us understand what works best
- Using AI/ML tools to oversee campaign and budget management as well as feeding and working on our systematic experimentation framework
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in digital marketing / performance marketing (agency or client-side), ideally with a focus on mobile acquisition
- Ability to work in the UK without sponsorship
- French or Arabic language skills would be a bonus
- Strong understanding and previous experience using SQL
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google/Apple Ads (app campaigns a plus)
- Good understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and how tracking works – both web and mobile
- Good project management and communication skills. You will need to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
