About The Role
The Senior Account Manager – Paid Social role is an account management role meant for a paid social advertising wizard who loves developing strategy and executing on that strategy in ad platforms for D2C and B2C clients.
The ideal candidate wants to join a thriving digital agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and ROI.
You should be confident in your ability to drive improvements in account performance, while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
You will be expected to push the outer limits of your paid social advertising knowledge through continuous testing and immersion into industry trends.
About You
- 2+ years of direct paid social client management including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat advertising strategy development, execution & client relationship management
- Experience analyzing backend sales data to drive business outcomes
- Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and navigating Excel spreadsheets
- You are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences
- You frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeed
- Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem
- ‘Driven’ and ‘Innovative’ are attributes commonly associated with you
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Client Revenue Oversight
- Serve as the main point of contact and client channel lead for clients, while supporting the larger team across various projects
- Revenue & retention responsibilities for managed accounts
- Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
- Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
- Analyze performance data and KPIs
- Develop weekly client meeting content to track progress toward client goals
Paid Social & Process
- Maintain excellent standards and quality of service
- Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
- Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
- Assist with trainings on new features and services
- Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents
Not a Must, But a Plus
- Comfortable speaking through CAPI measurement solutions
- Experience in Shopify platforms
- Directly managed paid social budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spend

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting.
Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range.
The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

$69,000—$81,000 USD
