- Ad Setup & Pixel Integration: Set up and track ads effectively, including proper pixel implementation and troubleshooting.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve client/brand goals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry standards for CTR, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, present campaign insights, and recommend actionable strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Proven data-driven mindset with a knack for understanding campaign metrics and performance.
- Expertise in CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and other performance formulas and metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads platforms, including advanced ad setup.
- Knowledge of pixel tracking and implementation.
- Industry knowledge to understand benchmarks and set realistic campaign goals.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing.
