Who You Are
Acadia is looking for an experienced paid media analyst to join their growing team. The successful applicant will be a highly analytical thinker and a flexible team player looking to grow with a full-service digital marketing agency. The Senior Paid Media Analyst is responsible for developing and executing strategies for successful digital advertising campaigns on behalf of Acadia’s diverse clientele across paid search and paid social platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Develop the strategic direction of paid media advertising accounts on multiple platforms including Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Amazon for a variety of clients.
- Articulate strategy both verbally and through written communication to the account management team.
- Analyze ad campaign performance, diagnose issues affecting performance, and make necessary adjustments to achieve client goals.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), conversions, revenue tracking, and other aspects of paid media advertising.
- Perform maintenance on keyword bids, daily and monthly budgets, impression share, quality score, conversions, negative keyword lists, and other important account metrics.
- Conduct research on keywords, audience demographics, and competitors.
- Create new ad campaigns, ad groups, and ad accounts.
- Provide creative ad copy and display ad templates.
- Keep pace with paid media advertising and digital marketing industry trends and developments.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
Minimum Qualifications
- Someone who shares our core values.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in paid media advertising.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Google Analytics Certification.
